Increase your fresh fruit and vegetable intake for more food fiber. Vegetable

gallstone formation. Reduce your intake of animal protein, especially dairy
products (casein in dairy products increases formation of gallstones). Avoid
fried foods and sugary foods altogether if you are at risk for gallstones
