Sweet Waldorf Salad
20 minutes prep time|  Makes 4 servings.

A unique, flavorful holiday salad

ingredients:

2 Fuji apples, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
½ cup oven-toasted walnuts
¼ cup lemon yogurt
2 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
½ tsp. sweet-hot mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. honey

Toss together all ingredients. Serve on chilled plates. Makes 4 salads.
 
Pears in Raspberry Sauce
40 minutes prep | Makes 4-6 servings

Sweet and satisfying for the dessert menu

Ingredients:
3 pears, sliced
¼ cup honey-sweetened raspberry jelly
½ cup orange juice
½ cup fresh raspberries
chopped, toasted almonds

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the pears in a baking dish. In a blender, combine the raspberry jelly, orange juice and fresh raspberries. Pour over pears. Cover with foil; bake for 30 minutes. Place in a serving dish and spoon sauce over top. Sprinkle on more fresh raspberries and the toasted almonds. Makes 4 – 6 servings.
