Ginger Lemon Cleanse for Allergies

15 minutes prep time  |  Makes 2 servings

Makes: 2 large servings


1" slice fresh ginger root

6 carrots with tops

1 lemon

1 apple cored


Juice the ginger, carrots, lemon, and apple. Enjoy!


Breakfast Blueberry Crisp

1 hour prep time | Makes 4-6 servings


Energy food for healing.

Makes: 4-6 servings


2 cups brown rice, cooked

2 tbsp. honey

2 bananas, sliced

¾ cup rice milk

1 tbsp. grapeseed oil

2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp. cinnamom

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Combine rice, rice milk, brown sugar, honey, grapeseed oil and cinnamon. Fold in bananas and blueberries. Put into an 8" square baking pan and cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
