Salmon Wrapped Prawns
40 minutes prep time | Makes 12 appetizers.
Loaded with EFA's for balanced hormones
Makes: 12 appetizers:
12 raw, peeled prawns (from uncontaminated waters)
½ cup white wine
1 tsp. garlic-lemon seasoning
¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce
thin slices of wild smoked salmon
Preheat broiler or grill. In a bowl, combine the prawns, white wine, garlic-lemon seasoning and hot pepper sauce. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Drain prawns; discard marinade. Cut thin smoked salmon into ½"-wide strips, 2" long. Wrap prawns and secure with toothpicks. Broil or grill about 6" from heat, until salmon is crispy on the edges. Watch closely. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 12 appetizers.

10 minutes prep | Makes 3 drinks
Anti-inflammatory and soothing
Makes: 3 drinks
2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
15 oz. can unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup orange juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and serve over ice. Makes 3 drinks
