Easy Hawaiian Punch

Makes: 6 servings

1½ cups pineapple-coconut juice
1 cup papaya juice
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp. lime juice


Pour all ingredients into a large pitcher, stir well and chill.

Grilled Salmon Steaks Asian Style

Makes: 4 servings



¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 scallions, chopped
1 tbsp. dried sea vegetables (any kind), chopped
1 tbsp. ginger, peeled and minced
4 fresh, skinless salmon steaks (Wild)

Make a quick fresh marinade: mix the olive oil, soy sauce, scallions, sea vegetables, and ginger. Rub onto 4 fresh, skinless salmon steaks; marinate for 1 hour in the fridge. Grill steaks about 4 minutes per side, basting often with marinade. Makes 4 servings.
