Skin Detox Melon Soup

Makes: 4 servings:
ingredients: 1 cup cantaloupe, cut into chunks
2 cups honeydew melon, cut into chunks
2 cups watermelon, cut into chunks
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped (reserve sprigs for garnish)
2 cups non fat plain yogurt, 1 cup orange juice
In a food processor, dice the cantaloupe. Add the orange juice, lemon juice and yogurt; process until smooth. Top each glass with 1 tsp. mint. Makes 4 servings.
Chilled Cucumber-Yogurt Soup

Alkalizing and anti-inflammatory for skin
Makes: 6 bowls
2¼ cups plain low-fat yogurt
1¼ pounds lemon cucumbers, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. garlic-lemon seasoning
1½ tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. crystallized ginger
thin slices of daikon white radish
In a blender, mix the low fat yogurt, lemon cucumbers, garlic-lemon seasoning, ground cumin, and crystallized ginger until smooth. Strain through fine sieve into large bowl. Chill well, about 2 hours. Top with thin slices of daikon white radish at serving.
